Nicole was an amazing agent for us from beginning to end. We were absolutely clueless first-time buyers that are relatively new to the area, so we only had a very vague sense of what we wanted. Nicole listened to our loose ideas, asked for details about our family's lifestyle, and shepherded us in the right direction. The home that we eventually ended up loving and buying, we would have passed on without Nicole's wisdom! It was also a home that was not open to showings when we were looking, but Nicole managed to negotiate super skillfully with the seller's agent and get us in, resulting in a smooth deal. We were so worried about how long this process would take and whether we would find a home in time before our rental lease expired because we had been hearing a lot of horror stories about other families' home searches in the area, but we put in an offer exactly one week into our search thanks to Nicole.
